We want you to love your coffee! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

  • 30 days from delivery date for unopened products
14 days from delivery date for opened products (if quality issue)

  • Unopened, unused coffee bags in original packaging
Coffee equipment and accessories in new condition
Products with quality defects or damage
Incorrect items received

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened coffee bags (unless defective)
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Subscription boxes after first shipment

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@[yourstore].com with your order number and reason for return
Receive Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
Ship Items: Send products back in original packaging within 7 days
Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping

  • Quality Issues/Our Error: We cover return shipping costs
Change of Mind: Customer covers return shipping costs
Local Returns: Free drop-off at our roastery location

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return
Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange products for:

  • Different coffee varieties or grind sizes
Different sizes (equipment/accessories)
Replacement of damaged items

Exchanges are processed as a return and new order to ensure fastest delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately

Quality Guarantee

Not happy with your coffee's taste? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to find a blend you love or provide a refund/store credit.
