Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and represents the time needed to prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard Shipping: $8.99 - Delivered in 5-7 business days
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- USA Standard: $12.99-$19.99 - Delivered in 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or through your account on our website.
Freshness Guarantee
All coffee is roasted to order and shipped within 48 hours of roasting to ensure maximum freshness. Each package includes a "roasted on" date for your reference.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for Express shipping options
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and will be collected upon delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and building management
We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement/refund as appropriate.
Address Changes
To ensure timely delivery, please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We can only modify addresses before the order ships. Once shipped, address changes may incur additional fees from the carrier.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date.
Subscription Orders
Coffee subscription orders ship on the same day each month/week based on your selected frequency. Subscription orders always receive free standard shipping.
Local Delivery (if applicable)
We offer local delivery within [specify radius] of our roastery for $5.99. Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM MST.
Returns & Exchanges
